As Head Administration, you will be that crucial team member who strings the work of the rest of the team together. What you will have to do:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the various processes determined by the team are being followed, especially those with regard to information management and activity monitoring. You will play a key role in helping the company determine what administrative systems can be used for various functions, in a way that optimises time and efforts. You will provide input and insight that makes work smoother, faster and easier. You will also be responsible for being the expert information organiser who is vigilant of how our documents are organised, that all necessary paperwork is in order and that all activities within the team are constantly done as per the determined protocol!

  • You will be doing a good amount of data organisation and management of information, in a way that is immensely valuable to the team. This information will be diverse, covering our youth, mentors and strategic partners. Naturally, you will be our technology resource supervisor, working extensively on our backend system and looking into its various functions, some of which will include pairing of youth with mentors, tracking workshops and meetings and ensuring that all information is always up-to-date.

  • You will work with all members of the team in helping them streamline their activities such that there is seamless execution. This will include planning workshop schedules, assisting with youth job placements and coordinating mentor training requirements.

  • You will also be a point of contact between the company and the mentors that we get on board the program. Therefore, you will have abundant knowledge about the program (with support of the team, of course!) and will be ready to address queries of mentors as and when required. Of course, you don’t mind receiving multiple phone calls a day and you’re always great to talk to. Rest assured, there is immense growth potential that comes with this role and we will be happy to work with you to chart out your annual plans within the company.
