3) Ensuring successful accomplishment of set business targets in the face of growing completion; identifying prospective corporate clients, generating business from new accounts & developing them to achieve profitability.
4) Translate client requirements into implementable projects for internal teams
5) Maintain high quality relationships with client organisations
6) Achieving sales targets as per designated budgets using market intelligence to prepare a customer centric operating plan; conducting tactical promotion; ensuring a strong brand presence and increased business
8) New idea generation and market intelligence
9) Lead discussions with partner alliance organization and alliance teams to filter and shortlist specific marketing opportunities i.e inside sales representatives call ins, email marketing campaigns etc
10) Ensuring that the team meets monthly sales targets as per product mix
11) Monitor the performance of the solution desk lead of our Client for maximizing end-customer conversions and comfort
12) Recruitment and retention of team members, imparting training to them and ensuring their growth
13) Ensuring that team maintains excellent relationship with prospects, leads &customers
14) Giving presentations to HNI and Corporate clients.
