We have an opening for Technical Support with 0-3 yrs with one of our client to be based in Hyderabad.
Voice Technical Support (Calling)
Candidate should have a mix of technical and customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping customers. Candidate need to understand customer expectations clearly using effective probing techniques and resolve the issues accordingly. Ensure the process metrics are met. Drafting the wrap up notes with reasons for customer dissatisfaction for all the queries and the challenges faced. Set high level of performance standards for the given process/ account. Ensure you understand expected performance standards and metrics to be achieved for a given process/ account. Looks for areas of improvement in the process and provide insights to your supervisors to enhance customer delight. Follow the learning management process to remain current and updated on required skills and knowledge required for the position. Learn, help and support fellow members in the team in meeting desired performance standards for a given process / account.
Provide first and second level of technical troubleshooting which includes Computers, Mobile OS, Mobile applications, MP3 and Internet. Resolving issues related to device display.
