Position - Sales Executive (Male/ Female)
1) Candidate with good communication & interpersonal skills
2) Should have knowledge of local property market
3) Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
4) Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market
5) Generates profitable new business through prospecting & enquiry handling
6) Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
7) Understanding and guiding customers with buying of residential properties
8) Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
9) Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
10) Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
11) Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network
