Responsibilities & Qualifications


Develop a thorough understanding of our B2B users (employers, recruiters, etc.) and how SuperCareer helps them to achieve their hiring goals in the HR and IT industries.

Research potential prospects, key market players, and industry leaders and build target lists.

Follow up on sales efforts to all leads on a regular basis.

Network, connect, and meet with potential clients through a business development strategy and promote word-of-mouth marketing to promote our brand, products, and services.

Sell job ads and other product offerings to warm leads and current clients.

Develop key internal relationships with all departments and teams within the organization in order to synchronize business development efforts.

Update and control our sales pipeline via Salesforce to account for new and prospective clients.



3-5 years of experience in B2B sales required. Dual experience in inside and outside sales would be preferred,

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a similar field preferred (not a deal breaker if you meet the other qualifications),

A proven track record of closing sales,

A strong understanding of sales strategy,

A start-up mentality to engage in multiple tasks in order to make a comprehensive contribution to our company.



Strong will to sell and being highly motivated,

Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills,

Self-confident and assertive,

Relationship building skills.


Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience plus health benefits.

Commission: Uncapped and realistic plan which can make your salary to $80,000.
