Job Summary:
We’re looking for super-energetic Inside Sales candidate whose core responsibility is to follow up on the phone with prospects generated from marketing activities and get them to download the MedsOnway app and complete their first order.
Job Responsibilities:
View a dashboard where you would be notified for every new lead generated.
Call up every new lead generated as soon as you get notified and communicate the standard calling script given to you. (The calling script will include general pitch and FAQ list with answers for which sufficient training would be given initially.)
Document each and every call and make sure that follow up action is taken accordingly.
Update leads generated per day per activity in the activity tracker sheet.
Submit weekly reports of progress with conversation details and call status.
Job Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills is a must.
Strong selling and persuasion skills.
Prior experience in Inside sales/Tele marketing or any such profile is a definite plus.
Good documentation for mentioning the conversation details as comments in leadsquared.
Willingness to work for longer hours, if required, to complete backlog lead calls, if any.
Job Objectives:
You will be measured on how many leads you can convince to download the MedsOnway app and complete their first medicine order.
Compensation Structure:
Remuneration of the candidate is based on a fixed monthly pay plus Performance based Incentive.
The performance incentive would purely be based on the number of converts- every lead who has a telephonic conversation with you, orders for the first time is considered as a lead convert (Detailed incentive plan to be disclosed at the time of interview)
Fixed pay - 15,000/- per month
Incentives - Rs.25/- per convert per month (Any lead associated with your account places his / her first order with MedsOnway, is considered as a convert)
Work Hours:
Work Timings- 11 am to 7pm.
The candidate is expected to call and follow up with all leads for the day, with appropriate comments on leads missed out. Candidate is expected to complete 100 lead calls per day.
The candidate should be willing to work for longer hours, if need be, to complete maximum calls for the day so that there are no backlogs for the next working day.
