Job Description:

Minimum 10 years of industry experience 
Must have 4+ years experience solely in an architect role 
Must have a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects driving a team of engineers 
Exposure to complete product development lifecycle- from inception to production deployment & scaling. 
Expertise in highly scalable distributed architectures is a must 
Expertise in native or hybrid mobile app development is a must 
Very Strong Object-oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD) skills 
Deep knowledge of agile software development, Domain Driven Design, Test-Driven development, Continuous Integration (DDD, TDD, CI) 
Solid experience in design and development of RESTful Web Services 
Solid experience in open source software, frameworks and server side development using Java/JEE, Spring, Hibernate, Middleware components 
Experience in building orchestration workflows, BPM tools & rules engines 
Proficiency in more than one programming language-Java/Groovy/Python 
Experience in Distributed Caching techniques 
Experience in web application security 
Solid experience in REST API design, 3rd party integrations 
Strong hand-on knowledge of any RDBMS- MySQL, Oracle etc 
Experience with one or more popular NoSQL databases-MongoDB/CouchDB/Cassandra/Redis etc 
Experience in Object-Oriented Javascript & NodeJS is a must 
Experience in one or more popular JS frameworks- AngularJS, BackboneJS, ExpressJS, SailsJS 
Experience in JavaScript-based build systems such as Grunt or Gulp 
Strong JS unit testing skills using any of the popular tools likeJasmine/Karma/Mocha 
Rich Web UI development expertise using HTML5, CSS3, React, ExtJS etc 
Experienced in AWS cloud stack- EC2, S3, EBS, RDS, SQS, SNS, ElastiCache etc 
Experience in versioning systems like GitHub, SVN etc 
Hands on programming & debugging skills in dev, staging and production environments 
Experience in performance tuning of enterprise grade applications at all layers 
Strong experience with Profiling Java and Performance Tuning code and applications, preferably VisualVM
