The Technician, Service Desk handles queries related to technical issues for a end user like resetting passwords, granting access to tools etc.
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
1. Handling calls from internal CVG employees across the globe, reporting technical issues.
2. Handling Voice customers and knowledge of international cross culture.
3. Knowledge of basic working of Operations systems of Windows, various features and knowledge about computers functioning, command prompt, IP addresses etc.
4. Demonstrate flexibility and thinking around isolating a issue of the End user and providing appropriate resolution as per the End user issue.
1. Willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
2. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables.
6. Certification or courses or Degree in computer Knowledge like BCA/MCA/Btech or Diploma courses in Computer Science or likewise.
7. Call Centre / Voice Experience will be an added advantage
8. Multi Tasking , ability to handle voice/chats and emails
