JOB PROFILE –

•             Quality of sales--Hygiene (monitoring of outstanding etc.)

•             Micro marketing initiatives 

•             Merchandising & Space Management for Key Customers

 

Job description:

•             Position is in charge of overall area operation. 

•             Position reports to Branch Sales Manager / Zonal Head.

•             Effective Strategizing of business and Territory development. 

•             Business development through effective sales and distribution.

•             Achieving targets related to primary & secondary sales objectives.

•             To develop and manage effectively sales distribution Network to meet business objectives.

•             Assessment & Appointment of right Dealers & Distributors after thorough screening, Activating low performing Dealers and unlocking certain key counters etc.

•             Handling Key Multi brand outlets.

•             Defend brand identity.

•             Maintain commercial discipline in sales by proper & correct execution of sales & trading terms determined by the company.

•             Receivables Management.

•             Overall Hygiene of key customers. Providing Support for growing and nurturing the business (Eg. Below the Line Support, ETDs etc.)

•             Accurate & timely reports on Market Intelligence: competitor’s activity, price changes and promotional support
