Job Description :

We are looking for an accounts assistant who can also handle front desk and administrative tasks. The candidate should be energetic, hard working and have very good communication skills. The right candidate would have:

  • good typing skills,
  • be well versed with accounting software,
  • be well versed with Office software and
  • be comfortable using the internet.

Writing letters is an important part of the job. Good phone and email etiquette is necessary to be selected. Interested candidates should send their resume immediately.

Praveen Sankhla, Head – Management Consulting, is a Certified National Trainer of Junior Chamber International with over 14 years of training experience. He has conducted training programs for executives, university teachers, students and professionals including IT professionals. His training programs cover diverse aspects of leadership such as Motivating Teams, Personal Effectiveness, Decision Making, Goal Setting and Role Clarity.

Praveen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, an MBA from GVP and a LLB. He was the Center Head of Adecco India in Visakhapatnam and is currently the Head – Management Consulting of IndiGenius.

Praveen is also actively involved in Construction and Real Estate ventures with over a dozen quality commercial and residential buildings to his credit. He is regularly consulted on construction, career and business startup ideas.

Praveen serves as guest faculty for some of the reputed management schools in Vizag and is a frequent guest speaker at various educational and social organizations.

His other interests include reading, literacy and social responsibility. Praveen is also the Past President of Rotary Club of Waltair.

Srinivas Savaram, Head – IT Consulting, is an IT professional with over 19 years of software engineering experience.

Srinivas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Graduate Certificate in Software Engineering.

After a successful nine year stint with Hughes Network Systems in Gaithersburg, Maryland, Srinivas worked as Associate Vice President with NuNet Technologies, a software development company in Visakhapatnam. Srinivas was also the Operations Head of Adecco India in Visakhapatnam for 5 years. He is a Charter Secretary and past president of Rotary Club Vizag Metro. Srinivas is an past Executive Team member and current Governing Council member of Vizag Information Technology Association (VITA).

His interests include literacy, learning, community development and other social issues.
