Responsibilities include but are not limited to
o Update excel spreadsheet/word document/database with information taken from Emails, PDF documents and different websites
o Segregate reports/documents based on predefined criterion
o Overall daily administration of office.
o Maintain cash vouchers/invoice/bills, payment of bills
o Handle petty cash and prepare cash reconciliation report
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience as office admin and/or data entry operation
Bachelor or Master Degree
Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel/Word/Power Point & Outlook
Excellent command over written and spoken English
