Handle the customer queries related to the courses and to lead them for a closure.
Should have Convincing approach.
Track and follow-up all customer requests in a timely manner.
Greet and address customers in a friendly and respectful way.
Answer multiple queries of customers at the same time.
Handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional fashion.
Type fast so that customer does not have to wait for so long to ensure customer satisfaction.
Would be responsible for resolving customer queries/ concerns over the calls and emails (as per the defined process)
To ensure all SLA's are accomplished with 100% customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should have excellent communication skills and good command over English
language (written and verbal)
Candidate should be flexible in Day Shifts*/ Rotational shifts/ Night Shifts.
Experienced professionals should have customer handling, customer support or customer care background
Inside sales, cold calling, International sales, upselling, international sales, excellent verbal communication, Customer Satisfaction.
