Job Details:Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.Manage the recruitment and selection process. Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment. Screening Resumes from the Portals. The Candidate has good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word. Candidate should have knowledge of Offer Letter, Experience Letter, Appraisal Letter, Relieving Letter, Appointment Letter, Administer compensation, Benefits and performance management system.Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants,
Handling stationary department, Issue company's I-card, Access card.
Negotiation with all kinds of vendors.
Coordination with housekeeping, maintenance team, reception. Maintaining Employee Database.
Maintaining attendance and leave records of employees.
Issuing offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Experience Letter, Relieving Letter etc.
Rules and regulations and Handling Employee Documents.
Key Sills (Qualification for this Job) Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills. Ability to deal people politely, willingness to learn, Proficient at MS Office (Especially Excel), Preferably an MBA/PGDBM in HR.
