1. Roles & Responsibilities:
a. To build up and develop close relationship with existing DSP/Distributors/Dealers
b. To appoint new DSP/Dealers in the unrepresented market.
c. To achieve sales targets as required by the Company for area allotted in Dealers/DSP segments.
d. Internal and external coordination of sales orders.
e. To ensure secondary sales generation in order to provide support to existing/new DSP/Distributors and Dealers.
f. To estimate segment-wise, size-wise market share analysis of assigned region and report the same.
g. To maintain a detailed database of dealers, distributors, and end customers.
h. TO build a healthy relationship with clients/customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
i. Ensure stock updates and stock movement updates are regularly updated with respect to Channel Partner/Dealers and apprise Regional Head of the same.
j. To promote our product range.
k. To ensure proper marketing activities such as meets, promotional branding, product demonstration, staff training etc.
l. To report competitor activities in the allotted region and suggest counter measures.
m. To ensure smooth and effective servicing of customer/dealer complaints giving correct feedback.
n. Ensure timely collections from customers as stipulated in the company policy.
o. To submit various kids of reports as specified by the Regional Head/CSMO/CEO.
p. Provide sales vs projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports as per format provided.
q. Maintain customer database by maintaining customer profile, updates, preparing and sending reports as per format provided.
r. Track sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing and summarizing expenses and forward for reimbursement on time.
s. Accomplish department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
t. All other essential activities as directed by management.
2. Experience and Skills Required:
a. 3 - 5 years proven experience in channel sales, channel strategy development, dealer management, sales management, monitoring of sales and receivables.
b. Reporting skills, administrative writing skills, fluency in English, Hindi and regional language, attention to detail, professionalism, MS Office skills, Internet and Gmail/Drive usage, Team work.
c. Any Graduate/Diploma in Sales and Marketing
