CHANNELS -- AGENCY / BANKA / DIRECT / ALTERNATE  ( VACANCIES ARE AVAILABLE WITH ALL CHANNELS ) 

Designation :- Relationship Manager –Direct Channel

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible to manage relations with Partners

Role:

100% lead will be provided

Work closely with Relationship Manager – Bank Partner to achieve Targets

To close leads provided by the relationship manager of the bank.

Conduct skilling sessions for Bank staff on a regular basis.

Facilitating support for sales call.

Eligibility

Graduation is a must.

Should have 2 to 5 years of work experience into Bancassurance.

Should have successive track record & should be stable in one company for at least 1.5 years.

Should be confident, street smart, aggressive, accountable & result oriented

Should be currently employed 

CTC: 2.5 – 3.75 Lac (Exclusive of Mob Reimbursement & Travelling Conveyance)

Agency Channel

Agency/Tied/Retail Channel:-
To Identify potential Insurance Agents\ Financial Advisors \ Consultants
To Recruitment of Agents
To Training financial advisors for IRDA exam
To Motivate them to achieve organizational goals
To provide training and monitor development needs of financial consultants in the team.
To Review performance of own team of Agents and to improve their productivity.
To maintain good relationship and achieve customer satisfaction.

CTC-2 L to 4 L

Sales Manager Bancassurance

Job Objective

The incumbent will formulate and implement sales plan for the partner for achieving business targets of sales unit. Lead, motivate and train the partner.

Responsibility

Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve the agreed sales targets for the partners.

Help partners to generate and track leads, close sales.

Help partners to upsell and cross sell to customers basis need analysis

 Help the partner facilitate their training on an ongoing basis to ensure a productive channel at all times

 Take regular feedback from partners and customers on satisfaction on selling process and products

 Review Sales plan of the partner and support their growth

CTC range:

2.25 LPA – 4.0 LPA
