Recruitment and Selection
ü Independently handling end to end recruitment for a vertical. Sourcing candidates as per the job requirement on priority basis.
ü Closely work on the resignations, additional and budgeted manpower.
ü Regular follow-up with offered candidates and make sure they join or if found any lack of commitment to join the same has to be noted and replaced ASAP
ü Updating and formulating JD & KRA for new designations and updating employee files periodically
ü Comprehensive employee reference check for all new joiners and documenting the same.
Training and Development
ü Preparation of training materials and maintaining all training records.
ü Coordinating the entire Training process and collecting Feedback for better improvement.
ü Evaluation of training feedback and arranging retraining if required.
ü Preparation of Annual training calendar and training plan as per training needs.
ü Having overall experience handling payroll process.
ü Verification of Attendance report and leave report before processing payroll.
ü Deduction of EPF, ESI, PT & etc on salary basis and sending the salary statement for bank transfer.
ü Manage employee queries with regard to their deductions, settlements and supporting their requirements.
ü Full & final Settlement of resigned employees; preparing balance of payments (salary, Gratuity & leave encashment)
ü Coordinating for revision of employee compensation.
