·        Support and provide customer service (Queries and Request response) via emails/Calls

·        Supervise team and handle escalated correspondences (emails/calls)Manage & motivate a quality team

·        Monitoring calls, giving feedback, Preparing reports and report to management on areas of improvement.

·        Conducting team meetings , providing Training to Team

·        Ensure resolution of enquiries, complaints and request for services at the earliest possible opportunity. To supervise the workload of the team, allocating team members to optimise service provision and administrative support.

·        Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

·        Maintaining Records , Reports , day-to-day MIS
