- We are looking for a passionate digital growth manager who will work towards new customer acquisition as well as improving retention / LTV of existing users.
- He/she should be highly data-driven with focus towards exponential growth in digital world via conventional and exploratory routes.
- Ideate, Plan, Develop, Experiment and implement digital growth hacks.
- Impeccable communications skills (both written & oral) and a knack to communicate ideas effectively and in a meaningful manner.
- Utilize Google Playstore / App Store (ASO), and leverage Google, Facebook & affiliate ad networks geared towards new user acquisition.
- Propose new creative approaches to capture existing demand and accelerate customer acquisition.
- Have a flair for business development and set up a working relationship with leading national & international OEMs to deeply integrate our app offerings. (Existing relationship earns brownie points).
- Define and relentlessly test growth initiatives within the product and across multiple channels from social to SEO/ASO to paid media including but not limited to ad networks, OEMs, print, ATL,BTL campaigns, guerrilla marketing ideas.
- Measure, optimize and report growth efforts and success to the entire team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest changes and trends in digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of SEO/ASO/SEM, social and viral mechanics.
- Comfortable with GA and web marketing technologies such as Apsalar, AppsFlyer, AppVirality, KissMetrics, Urban Airship, ClickTale etc
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing (Mobile Apps product marketing experience is a must)
- Team-focused and highly collaborative but comfortable in driving direction on your own or with little direction
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- Experience with SEM (Adwords, Bing, etc), and bid management tools
- Experience with online display and 3rd party ad servers
- Expertise in landing page optimization and analytics - Expertise in email and affiliate marketing
- Expertise in remarketing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources
- Ability to identify key needs or gaps, and provide leadership to close those gaps
- Adept at handling multiple tasks, able to switch priorities and focus as needed
