•Proficient in Accounting and Microsoft Excel.
•Has good aptitude skills and an eye for details.
•Excellent communication skills in English.
•Filing expense reports, expense reconciliation.
•Check and tally client billings.
•Keep a track of company expenses (Credit Cards, Balance Usage, bill payment tracking).
•Provide supporting documents for each expense incurred for auditing purpose.
•Maintain expense reports, checklists and payment details.
•Expected to be a part of tallying process and have knowledge of statuary compliance .requirements.
•Front Desk Management, Board line handling.
•External call management, External billings, travels management.
•Vendor billing management.
•Filing of visa documents/Travel documents.
•Maintaining of set standards/ regulations pertaining to billings.
•Tally will be an added advantage.

Experience: 0 – 6 Years
Education: Freshers need to be graduates (BCOM/BBM/BCA/BBA/BA) or higher (MBA/M.COM) with a minimum of 55% marks.
