• Strong Knowledge of Software testing methodology and processes.
• Testing experienceStrong  of Siebel -CRM and Analytics applications will be an advantage.
• Experience in support function will be an added advantage.
• Experience in executing and analyzing automation test results (not mandatory).
• Able to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively in the team.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem solving abilities &analytical skills.
• Quick learner and should be able to deliver as early as possible.
• Working knowledge of QTP and VB scripting will be an added advantage (not mandatory).
• Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated.
