Job Description

BACKEND / NON-VOICE :-

  • Good communication skills will be preferred
  • Claims Processing & Adjudication
  • Analyze the Policy document and make decision on claims eligibility
  • Work on the commission reports sent by the client

CUSTOMER SERVICE or TECH SUPPORT :-

  • Understand the customer’s query and provide assistance by logging service tickets thereby ensuring timely resolution
  • View Information from various applications and update the records accurately
  • Meet process target standards with high Fatal error accuracy and Overall Accuracy
  • Its a blended process with 80% voice & 20% emails catering to service request related to Inkjet & Laser Printer/Digital copiers/Fax machines/ Camera/Camcorder etc.
