Job Description

  • Responsible for answering customer calls regarding technical issues and abide by the prescribed instructions
  • Installation & configuration of Windows based operating systems (Windows XP, Vista, 7&8)
  • Configuration & troubleshooting all types of Hardware, Software applications, Antiviruses & Network problems (TCP/IP)
  • Monitoring & removal of virus
  • Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and mail backup of Microsoft Outlook 2007/10/13 or Outlook Express Regular data (.pst files)
  • Remotely resolving application and network problems
  • Mail configurations through net meeting and remote desktop sharing

Eligibility & Desired Skills:- 

  • Very Good Communication Skills
  • Basic knowledge on Computer Hardware Peripherals, Operation Systems & Antiviruses
  • Flair for Customer Service and Technical Troubleshooting
  • Willingness to work in Rotational / US shifts
