3. Human Resource planning, recruitment, managing.
4. Supervision of HRD work
5. Ensuring that employee are being recruited timely
6. Ensuring that there is a best utilization of workforce within the organization
7. Ensuring that there is a composition of caste and gender while recruiting the staff in organization.
8. Handling the issues escalated from subordinates
9. Implementing a good HR practice within the organization
As a training Head, it would be responsibility that all the staff gets trained in their trade
1. Sending training need assessment sheet to GM – HR / CEO
2. Conduct fresher and refresher training of staff members
3. Organize transition training in case of promotion of staffs for next level.
4. Content and Budget preparation for all training
5. Prepare all kind of reports required by different departments
6. Ensure that the training required of each department is being fulfilled either through internal trainings or external trainings
