DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively sell the membership and services to achieve revenue and sales targets. This includes the frontline approach to developing new clients and maintaining relationship with existing clients for the generation of new and ongoing sales.
· Customer Satisfaction (Guest Feedback, Social Media Review).
· Financial Performance (Selling Membership to walk in customers, Operation Auditing).
· Showing Initiative, Problem Solving
· Manages a high standard of service for customers.
· Welcomes Members and fosters customer loyalty through his/her friendly manner.
· Develops high quality relationships with members.
· Handles complaints or contentious issues and provides a fast solution.
· Oversee and supervises members data
· Provide high level of customer service and maintain a high profile in the day to day front office operations.
· Ensure that personalized service is offered to each and every Members.
· Ensures that the pricing policy and internal procedures are duly applied.
· Supervises the management of debtors, group and individual member invoicing and cash operations.
· Monitor operations to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal and prompt cordial attention.
· Prepare monthly and daily revenue report and submit to HOD's.
· Prepare revenue and membership forecast, take action on rate strategies.
· Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy
· Ensures that member documentation and information is available and up-to-date
