Job Description

Windows Administrator (Bangalore /Chennai)

Thorough technical knowledge of Windows platform (Windows, AD, VMware and Hyper – V).

Must be able to demonstrate deep technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Expertise on Windows heterogeneous platform environments, including MS Clustering, NLB, backup operations, Middleware applications (Terminal Services, Citrix). Deep technical skills on Microsoft Core components are mandatory (DNS, DHCP, WINS) 

Exchange Engineer ( Bangalore / Chennai)

MCSE/MCP with at least 5+ years on relevant Microsoft Exchange server administration / support experience on Exchange 2003/2007 and 2010. The candidate should have minimum 7+ years of overall experience. The job will require in-depth troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange related server side issues, installation and configuration of new Microsoft Exchange servers, backup and recovery of Microsoft Exchange portal servers. The candidate must have handled medium to large Microsoft server Infrastructure

SAP BASIS (Bangalore / Chennai)

At least 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in either SAP Basis Administration, Database. Administration or OS Administration. Configuration and administration of large scale global and regional SAP systems. Vast experience with SAP Basis administration. Reliable expert knowledge of HPUX/LINUX,AIX. Knowledge of Oracle DB.

Unix Administrator ( Bangalore / Chennai)

Expert Level Skills in Solaris/Linux Administration. 6+ years of experience in UNIX Administration

Experience in working with ITIL based remote delivery model. Work experience as a Sys admin in Enterprise class environment. Good Working Knowledge of Unix Server Hardware

Server Support Engineer (Bangalore)

Resolving technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end user's contacts and proactive notification system for HP Network products and related products. Assisting end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrences. Work in 24x7 environment, supporting customers worldwide(AME, EMEA, APJ). Adding case resolution to Knowledge Management System. Engaging support as needed to ensure SLA demands are met.

Network Support ( Bangalore)
