PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :
To oversee the processes involved in ensuring proper dissemination of announcernonts (updates, results,board meetings, NAVs, etc) received from the corporate / MFs,quarterly and on-going compliance of listed companies and their suspension, revocation and de-listing. To develop relationship with listed corporate,
mutual funds and regulatory authorities. To keep self and team updated on the developments/ changes in rules, regulations, circular, and notifications by regulatory bodies,recommend policy/process to enhance service standards, customer satisfaction and implement changes try regulatory bodies.
A) Quarterly & ongoing Compliance announcements :
2)Oversee the quarterly and on-going compliance process and resolve
cases escalated by AM through interaction with the Listed Company for clarification of issues.
3) Processing of Further Issue applications i.e ESOPs, Bonus,
Preferential Issue, QIP, Scheme of arrangement , Rights Issue,
FCCB, ADR//GDR etc
4) Processing of IPO, finalisation of Basis of Allotment and processing new listing.
5) Scrutinize, approve and forward documents collected by AM from
Listed companies to HOD for compliance purposes.
6) Oversee the timely dissemination of announcements including
company updates, board meetings;, results, shareholding patterns.
