    We are looking out for candidates for the profiles of:

    A proper training will be provided to the hired candidates. Training period will be of 3-6 months. Stipend will be paid to the candidates during the course of training. The salary on the completion of the training will be decided based on your performance during the training period, which will be mentioned in the appointment letter as well.

  • Planning and Execution

    ·         Plan, develop and execute marketing and branding strategy to strengthen the brand’s equity using various avenues, including print media advertising, promotions, merchandizing, tradeshows, customer seminar / roadshows, SEO, digital media marketing (E-Blast, Social Media Marketing).

    ·         Liaise with Product Management team and OEM (Principal) to plan and execute new product launch

    ·         Search, Negotiate and Collaborate with agencies and vendors offering product and services like printing jobs, gift or merchandize etc.

    ·         Work with the digital agency and provide support on designing, building and maintaining our social media presence.

    ·         Liaise with HR Manager and provide support by way of venue and event management for quarterly, half yearly and annual business review meets.

    ·         Develop connection and rapport with internal customers (Sales and Service Teams) and seek cooperation to execute the plan smoothly.

    B 2 B Sales Executive / Manager

    Responsible for soliciting and facilitating e-commerce between businesses. Markets products to other businesses that have demonstrated a need for the products or services.

    Main Responsibilities:

    - identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B channel by promoting Nice product Range to new and existing Clients.
    - Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high caliber of service, explore and Identify all their needs.
    - Approach new businesses with proposals.
    - Manage and maintain sales / clients database.
    - Establish & maintain efficient relationship with new and existing clients

    • Monitor and manage our social channels which include Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram, Quora and more. 
    • Understand and track the latest trends in social media and design and execute ROI centric campaigns. 
    • Develop new strategies to engage our social media followers to increase social presence and influence. 
    • Manage day to day operations including conceptualizing the social content calendar, coordinating with marketing team, planning promotions and contests etc. 
    • Monitor trending travel blog topics and develop content ideas to increase blog traffic. 

    Candidate Profile

    • Experience in content management and internet research.

  • Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Perform online searches to collect historical data about Key Opinion Leaders (KOL). KOLs are doctors who are considered specialists in their respective field of medicine. 
    • Identify the relevant data points based on online research and capture the data in standard excel templates
    • Follow the standard operating procedure (SOP) for performing data searches
    • Follow data rules for capturing information in excel
    • Perform quality checks
    • Escalate issues to senior staff and/or other departments as appropriate.
    • Communicate issues effectively to other groups.
    • Document issues according to established processes.
    • Provide issue reports as needed for assigned projects.
    • Review Client Requirement for accuracy and clarity.
    • Follow defined departmental policies, processes and procedures.
    • Meet predetermined schedules and mandated deadlines.
    • Work independently on complex tasks with some management guidance.

    • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool.
    • Knowledge of various SEO Sites, Blogs and Forums that play a key role in Updating the Knowledge base and Techniques used in Current Scenario.
    • Run pay-per-click campaigns. Adjust PPC campaigns as needed.
    • Should have sound knowledge in handling Social Media Marketing campaigns.
    • Should be dynamic to give multiple strategies in Social Media Marketing depending on the requirements and needs.
